This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13882 of 2021, dated 09.08.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13882 of 2021, dated 09.08.2021, appeal had been disposed of in Na.Ka.No.A4/36945/2018, dated 19.07.2022.
3. In view of the disposal of the appeal, this Contempt Petition is closed.
