ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to give police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 05.05.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the Police has not received any representation from the petitioner seeking for police protection.

3. When the matter came up for hearing on 18.05.2023, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case.
