ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the entry in the book in respect of the property in S.No. 714/1 by considering the petitioner's representation.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered after taking appropriate orders from the higher authority which is evident from the letter dated 02.06.2025 issued by the second respondent.
3. Therefore, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders by considering the petitioner's representation after giving opportunity to the petitioner. If there is any third party right is involved, notice shall be issued to the third respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
