ORDER

Mr.K.Guru, Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner who is the Vice President of Kavadipatti Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Ramanathapuram District, has come to this Court seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action against the respondents 7 and 8 based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.04.2017.

3. A reading of the affidavit does not disclose any cause of action for the petitioner to approach this Court. When the petitioner has miserably failed to make out a case against the respondents 7 and 8, who are the President and Secretary of the said Society, this Court is not able to entertain the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition prima facie appears to be a motivated one with some malice and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
