ORDER

Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Seyalmurai Aanai No.B13/629/2017 dated 22.06.2017 and to quash the same. The impugned order is challenged mainly on the ground that without issuing notice and hearing the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the impugned order came to be passed.

4. The learned standing counsel for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner produces relevant documents along with subscribers list to the second respondent, the second respondent in turn shall forward the same to the first respondent and thereafter fresh order can be passed by the first respondent.

5. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and the submissions made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, the impugned order is set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents are at liberty to pass orders afresh after following the procedures established in law. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
