ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 465, 468, 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was working as a day time Accountant in the defacto complainant's mill. The petitioner and other accused were misappropriated mill amount to the tune of Rs.7,05,500/- on various dates by way of nonremittance of actual amount collected from buyers. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that the stolen property was not recovered. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
