O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to provide Property Tax receipt in respect of the property constructed in Plot No.12 in Survey No.146/2, Eral, Srivaigundam Taluk, Tuticorin District. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the Plot No.12 measuring 3.627 cent in Survey No.146/2 in Siru Thondanallur Village, through a registered sale deed dated 17.03.2016. Thereafter, he applied House Tax receipts for newly constructed house with the respondent and also made oral representation, but it was not considered. Eventually, the petitioner sent a representation dated 17.04.2017 to the respondent.

3.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner has constructed the house in an unapproved plot and as per G.O.Ms.78, House and Rural Development, dated 04.05.2017, the petitioner is required to submit Form Nos. 2 and 3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and also pay the fine amount. Since it was not complied with, the representation of the petitioner is under consideration. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to submit Form Nos.2 and 3 to the respondent. 5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit From Nos.2 and 3 as required by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such compliance, the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks there from. No costs.
