PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on Bail in P.R.C.NO.11/2023 in Crime no. 271/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.12.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,302,114,120(B),404,201,r/w.34 of IPC in Crime No.271 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that due to previous motive, while the brother of the defacto complainant namely Rathinavel Pandian and one Sabarimalai were travelling in a motor bike on 23.11.2022, the accused waylaid and murdered them. Hence, the case.

3. It is seen that earlier the petitioner was granted bail and since he has not complied with the conditions the bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled and the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Further it is case of double murder and the case is pending committal. If the petitioner is released on bail, he will abscond again and the entire trial will be stalled. 4.Taking into consideration the gravity of offence and also taking note of the fact that antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
