ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that her complaint dated 21.04.2025 has not been enquired, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the enquiry on her complaint dated 21.04.2025 and take necessary action in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has already lodged a complaint on 29.03.2025, which was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.225 of 2025 and after the enquiry, the same was closed. Now, the petitioner has lodged another complaint on the very same issue.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's complaint dated 29.03.2025 was already enquired in CSR No.225 of 2025 and the same was also closed, this Writ 2/4
