The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's pension bank account bearing No. 30082377309.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that a sum of Rs.30,000/- has been placed on hold in the petitioner's account on account of non-payment of loan dues. It is further submitted that, notwithstanding the said hold, the petitioner will be permitted to operate the bank account.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to operate his pension bank account bearing No. 30082377309 in accordance with law. No costs.
