ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(II) of IPC, in Crime No.412 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant by pressing his shoulder and his neck. They robbed his mobile phone, chain and a sum of Rs.1,000/- and thereafter fled away from the place. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The first accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

CRL OP(MD). No.11429 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that no previous case is pending against this petitioner and also submitted that stolen properties were not recovered sofar.

5. Considering the facts and the circumstances of this case and also the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
