ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.658 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in six other cases. By referring the same, the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 20.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9121 of 2021.

3.Since there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
