O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on 3rd respondent complaint 2.According to the petitioner, based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent on account of money dispute, the petitioner has been called for enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. However, they will conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment made by the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner, this Court is hereby directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and disposed the same within a period of one week from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
