Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners have given a complaint and they want the third respondent to enquire into the same. Based on the submissions made on either side, I direct the third respondent to hold an enquiry on the petition mentioned representation and pass final order after hearing not only the petitioners but also the private respondents herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of the respective parties are left open. It is open 2/4

to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. The only direction that has been given is that the third respondent should give a disposal within the aforesaid period. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
