When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for R4 have submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition, to the extent of consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2017, has become infructuous, as the said representation has been duly considered and necessary orders were already passed by the respondents, a copy of which has also been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed. No costs.
