PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings Nil dated Nil (Published through EMIS on 04.05.2023) (The same was endorsed by the fourth respondent on 04.05.2023 in the relevant portion) and quash the same as illegal in so far as placing the petitioner in the list of surplus.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated Nil in so far as placing the petitioner in the list of surplus and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.J.K.Jeyaseelan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the

respondents would submit that the name of the writ petitioner is removed from the surplus list.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
