ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 353, 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 TNPWH Act in Crime No.356 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested.
