O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent Police to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the respondent police has frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent and apart from that they have not harassed him under the guise of enquiry. However, they will conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the 4th respondent and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the third respondent also denied the alleged harassment made by the petitioner, this Court is hereby directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the 4th respondent and dispose the same within a period of one week from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
