PRAYER :- To extend the time made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4940 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.4940 of 2025 by an order dated 18.03.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to mobilize funds and he is unable to securing sureties to execute the bail bond, the time granted by this Court has got expired.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
