ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that no one has trespassed into the motor room of the complainant and the allegation that a sum of Rs.23,500/- was stolen by this petitioner was also found to be not true. Based upon that, the complaint came to be closed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10632 of 2021 10.08.2021. Since the complaint has been closed as not true, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and placing on record the closure report, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
