O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue separate patta after effecting subdivision. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application for sub-division and issuance of separate patta. The said exercise shall be carried out in accordance with law and after putting on notice any other interested persons in the said survey number and enquire other joint pattathars. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
