O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed,for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the retirement and pensionary benefits to the Petitioner by fixing the Grade Pay as Rs.5,400/- within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for Respondent No.7. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The Writ Petition itself is not maintainable as for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, the Petitioner should have demanded the authorities concerned, to redress his grievances. But in the present case, the Petitioner has not at all submitted any representation to the authorities.
4.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. The dismissal of the Writ Petition will not preclude the Petitioner from making a representation to the authorities concerned. If such representation is submitted, it is for the authorities concerned to consider the same taking note of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)Nos. 2654,2924 and 2663 of 2014 and W.P(MD)Nos.15980 and 17197 of 2018, dated 19.3.2018, if the same is applicable to the Petitioner. No costs.
