The present Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the FIR in Crime No.727 of 2021 of Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as illegal.

Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in the instant case is concluded and a final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in C.C.No.1887 of 2023.
