This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 02.08.2021.

2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.08.2021, it was found that on the date of representation itself, this petition came to be filed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that because of the urgency, the petitioner had filed this 1/3

petition. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) was directed to verify the present stage of the representation. On that ground, the matter was directed to be listed today. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that there was a compromise reached between the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein, wherein, the mother of the petitioner has given a statement to the effect that the petitioner and her husband are now living happily at Thiruppur.
