O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to register a case on his complaint dated 05.04.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.A reading of the complaint discloses that a civil suit has been filed by the complainant and notice has been ordered. From the compliant, it is seen that the petitioner's grievance is that the private parties shown in the complaint are using the land belong to the petitioner. As in the complaint, the petitioner has requested the Police Inspector concerned to prevent the named individuals to have an access through the land belonging to the defacto complainant and to give protection to their lives. There appears to be a civil dispute. Hence, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after holding an enquiry and giving sufficient opportunity to the individuals concerned.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
