*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment found in a water body situated in S.No.27/2 in Padamathur Village & Post, Sivagangai District. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 13.07.2015 in this regard. 2.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed , after issuing notice to the encroachers and following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
