ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 294(b), 353 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.43 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
