ORDER
The petitioners are accused in Crime No.87 of 2022 registered on the file of the 1st respondent for the offence under Sections 147, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. They have moved this petition to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.87 of 2022 registered against them, on the ground of compromise.
2. It appears that there is no material placed on record that the matter has been amicably settled between them. In the absence of any material, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move this petition along with a compromise memo.
