Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent pursuant to the impugned proceedings in Letter No. 7564/A2/2022 dated 22.10.2024 served to petitioner only on 17.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful consequently direct the respondents to revise the service of the petitioner as Junior Assistant with effect from 03.08.1983 (dated of issuance of government order in G.O.Ms. 1499 (Labour and Employment Department) dated 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Letter No. 7564/A2/2022 dated 22.10.2024 served to petitioner only on 17.04.2025 with a consequential direction to the respondents to revise the service of the petitioner as Junior Assistant with effect from 03.08.1983 (dated of issuance of government order in G.O.Ms. 1499 (Labour and Employment Department) dated 03.08.1989) with all monetary and service benefits more particularly within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. This matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal" today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner once again. Even on the last hearing date, ie., on 21.08.2025, there was no representation 2/4
