Heard the learned counsel the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. It appears that the third respondent who is the wife of the first petitioner has given a complaint against the petitioners. It is a matrimonial complaint. The enquiry is still pending.

3.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register an FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners will be put on notice so that the petitioners will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
