ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 498(A) I.P.C., and Section 4 of D.P. Act in Crime No.01 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. It is seen from the report received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi that the final report was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.187 of 2016 and the service of summon is pending against the said accused. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. In view of the same, the petition for anticipatory bail may not arise against the petitioner before this Court. He can appear before the concerned Court and to execute a bond under Section 71 Cr.P.C., as per the direction of the concerned Court.

5. With the above said liberty this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
