Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 448, 506(1) and 109 of IPC in Crime No.193 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that a case has been registered on 14.08.2018, based on the information given by one Ramasamy stating that on 13.08.2018, while the defacto complainant and others were preparing for the temple festival, the petitioners have abused the defacto complainant with filthy words and criminally intimidated him.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner Nos.10 to 13 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the petitioners 1 to 9 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
