RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4902 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHANDRABOSE.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4902 of 2023 on 29.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case and complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
