This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to grant educational loan for the studies of the petitioner's son S.Rajiv, based on the representation, dated 08.05.2017.

2.Heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. No costs.
