Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent alleging fraudulent execution of documents. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that after issuing notice to the interested parties and after holding enquiry, final order will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
