ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the document presented by the petitioner for registration without insisting for the production of original parent document in the light of the order made by this Court in M.Ariyanachi-Vs-The 1/4
Inspector General of Registration made in W.A.(MD)No.856 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023.
2.The petitioner is claiming right over the said property through an unregistered Will.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the other legal heirs are objecting and they are denying the execution of the Will.
4.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to conduct enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the objectors and pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
