Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition (a) imposed upon the petitioners vide the order dated 26.04.2023 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7834 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7834 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.168 of 2023 and on production of proof/acknowledgement the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Usilampatti, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners.
