The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the learned First Additional Sessions Court (PCR), Trichy to consider of the bail application on the surrender of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.393 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022, pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition,upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Kandha Vadivalan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the Respondents 1&2 this Court made the following order:

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the offences were wrongly mentioned in the petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6590 of 2025 and this petition has been filed to amend the offences. Therefore he prays for allowing this petition.

2.Considering the submission of the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time to comply with the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 6590 of 2025 is extended by fifteen days from today.
