This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022.
2. As per the direction of this Court dated 10.07.2023, the second respondent/ Commissioner of Municipal Administration, No.3, M.R.C.Nagar, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai.32, appeared before this Court, today (21.07.2023).
3. The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions from the second respondent, would submit that the entire dues have already been disbursed to the petitioner. However, according to the petitioner, there are some dues. In respect of the same, he can agitate the issue before the
appropriate forum.
4. In view of the above development, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
