The writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the order, dated 18.06.2014, in proceedings Na.Ka.No.2528/2014/C passed by the 1st respondent and effect mutation changes in the Town Survey Register in respect of the property comprised in R.S.No.431/2A1A an extent of 13 cents 408 sq.feet situated at Block No.11 Ward No.11, Madakulam Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she became the absolute owner of the property to an extent of 13 cents 408 sq.feet in R.S.No.431/2A1A situated at Block No.11 Ward No.11 in Madakulam Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai, by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 18.05.2011. know that in Town Survey Register, name of one Subramanian has been wrongly entered into. Hence, she has preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 21.03.2013. The first respondent, after conducting enquiry, allowed the appeal and directed the second respondent to remove the name of said Subramanian. 3.Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent is bound by the order of the first respondent. Since the second respondent has not implemented the order of the first respondent, the petitioner sent a representation on 19.10.2016 to the second respondent. The first respondent by his order dated 09.05.2017 directed the second respondent to impleament order. Despite the same, no order was passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

4. Heard Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, directs the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 18.06.2014 passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2528/2014/C, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
