Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 5.Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.776 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.70 of 2024, dated 08.03.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
