At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned'.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain typographical errors in the order dated 03.06.2025 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, and therefore, the same may be corrected.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the order dated 03.06.2025 in the above Writ Petition, the second sentence in Paragraph No. 2, starting with 'The case' and ending with 'commenced.', shall be substituted with the following sentence: "The charge sheet has been filed and taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in P.R.C.No.75 of 2024, and the case is now pending."

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue passport to the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 24.04.2025.
2. It is submitted that a charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner pursuant to FIR in Crime No.25 of 2021 registered before the second respondent Police Station. The case has been made over to the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in B.R.C.No.75 of 2024 and the trial has commenced.
3. As such, under these circumstances, the prayer for issuance of passport does not arise. It is open to the petitioner to approach the competent Court for appropriate relief under the provisions of the Passports Act, 1967.
