Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Lr.No.384/RM(M)/TTDC/MDU1/2014 dated 03.08.2018 and consequential tender notification published by the second respondent in daily Dhinathanthi Newspaper in Notice No.235/k.Nk./j.R.t.f/X.j/kJiu-1/2018, dated 11.08.2018 published on 14.08.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to extend the period of parking license for a further period of three years commencing from 26.08.2018 by accepting 15% hike over and above the existing license amount paid by the petitioner within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents that the writ petition itself has become infructuous in view of the completion of tender process.

2. The said fact has been acknowledged by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
