The order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5225 of 2024 dated 06.03.2024 at the instance of the third respondent very much protects the rights of the petitioner. If the authorities fail to adhere to the direction set out therein, they will be liable for contempt. I am confident that the authorities will scrupulously adhere to the direction passed by this Court.

2. Granting such liberty to the petitioner to work out his rights in terms of the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
