2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file final report in the subject First Information Report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents states that the second respondent will file the final report within a period of three months.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
