Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R7. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the petition mentioned properties. He claims to have purchased the same through the registered sale deed dated 13.05.2013. While so, the eighth respondent is attempting to dispossess the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner wants the third respondent to convene the Peace Committee Meeting. In the alternative, the petitioner has also prayed for initiation of security proceedings against the private respondents herein.

3.I am unable to agree. As rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner and the private respondents are relatives. This is a pure property dispute. If the petitioner has any grievance, he must go to the jurisdictional Civil Court and obtain relief. The question of the Revenue Authorities convening the Peace Committee Meeting does not arise. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and granting him liberty to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
