This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records in C.C.No.130 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tirunelveli and quash the same.

Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the accused who is the petitioner herein was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli vide Judgment dated 23.01.2024 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
