ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to to direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to give permission to conduct the Aadi Festival in Arulmigu Mariamman Thirukoil, Vellalapatti Village & Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, from 16.07.2017 to 25.07.2017 as per the Petitioner and others representation dated 12.06.2017.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the parties themselves have entered into a compromise on 12.07.2017 and in proof of the same, a copy of the handwritten compromise memo has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
