To call for the records and set aside the judgment passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srvilliputhur, Virudhunagar District pronounced on 14.08.2019 made in CRL.A No.167 of 2012 and confirming the judgment pronounced on 22.10.2012 made in C.C.No.175 of 2008 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputtur and acquit the petitioner from all the charges.
Crl M.P.(MD)No. 2783 of 2021 in Crl RC (MD)No.281/2021: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Suspend the sentence in C.C No. 175/2018 and to set aside the order and judgment passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District pronounced on 14.08.2019 made in CRL.A No.167/2012 and confirming the judgment pronounced on 22.10.2012 made in C.C.No.175 of 2008 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputtur and acquit the petitioner from all the charges.

CRL MP(MD) No.7351 of 2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.RONIGA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2783 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.281 of 2021, dated 07.04.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2783 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.281 of 2021, dated 07.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2783 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.281 of 2021, dated 07.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
