2. The issue involved in these writ petitions is no longer res integra. The order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.7526 of 2018 etc., batch, dated 03.08.2018, governs the fifth respondent society as well.

3. In such a view of the matter, giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Committee constituted in this regard, these writ petitions are dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
